On October 7, 2005 the Department of Labor, Office of Federal Contract
Compliance Programs (OFCCP) issued a ruling that relates to online recruitment
and hiring practices by federal contractors and subcontractors.

Applicant final rule. The rule sets forth the definition of "Internet Applicant"
and related record keeping and tracking requirements.
